Job description

Are you currently working as a New Homes Sales Consultant and fancy something new? Does the idea of working for a range of prestigious clients interest you?

Location: South London

Salary: £12.50-£14.50p/h depending on experience

Recently at deverellsmith we have seen a massive influx in New Home Sales Consultant roles pop up in South London. We are eager to speak with experienced consultants who are available for any ad hoc shifts. These roles can vary from temp to perm, ad hoc, and longer-term contracts; we will do our best to get you into the perfect role to fit your lifestyle.

Who will you be working for?

We work with a range of clients that specialise in all different areas, including mid-range specifications, first time buyers, young professionals, build to rent, high end homes, and new builds. After an initial chat with one of our highly experienced consultants, we will be able to find the best client to suit all your needs.

What will you be doing?

Your job specification will vary depending on the client you are working with, but the standard day-to-day as a New Homes Sales Consultant would include:

  • Manning the telephones
  • Contacting any leads which come through from Rightmove, Zoopla and any others
  • Taking round any walk-ins to see the development models and showrooms
  • General day-to-day office and front of house duties
  • Welcoming all customers
  • Always keeping the marketing suite presentable
  • Potentially getting involved with key handovers and home demonstrations
  • Making sure all homes are ready for when new guests move in

Requirements

Job requirements vary from client to client but the main requirements that we would need are:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Preferably Front of House experience
  • Experience within selling to high-net-worth individuals
  • Previous property experience is ideal but not essential
  • Speaking more than one language is a bonus
