We have a great opportunity for a property professional to join our clients in the Lincoln area as aNew Homes Sales Advisor.

Ideally, our clients are looking for someone who has previous experience in New Build sales. However, they would consider property professionals looking to move into new homes.

Working hours of a New Homes Sales Advisor:

  • 5 day working week
  • Full time

The successful New Homes Sales Advisor will be offered:

  • Basic up to £25,000
  • Up to £35,000 OTE
  • Ongoing training and support

New Homes Sales Advisor requirements:

  • Previous experience in New Homes is ideal; however will consider an applicant with a Property background
  • Hard-working and results-driven individual
  • Excellent ability to build rapport
  • Motivated to exceed targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs
