Job Title: New Car Sales Manager
Location: Wimbledon
Salary: Basic £40,000 with On Target Earnings (OTE) up to £60,000. Uncapped bonus structure.

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced New Car Sales Manager to manage our new car sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales performance, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels, recruiting, and implementing marketing and promotion strategies.

Experience Required:

1. 2 years of Sales Manager experience in the automotive environment.
2. A full UK driving licence is necessary to be considered for this role.
