Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Solution Sales Executive to drive new revenue growth and expand our private sector business across both our Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships up to ‘C Suite’ level, and promoting our organization’s Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing solutions to potential new clients. This role requires a strong understanding of Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing principles, excellent solution sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our suite of solutions to prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify prospective new logo sales within the target market for Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships up to ‘C Suite’ level with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to understand clients' Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical leaders to tailor testing solutions to meet clients' specific needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations that demonstrate the benefits of our testing services.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting progress and challenges.

Experience Required:

  • Proven track record of success in new logo solution sales within the sectors of Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and decision-makers.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
