New Business Property Administrator
Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: £22,000+ depending on experience

Are you looking for a new opportunity in Leamington Spa? Join our client’s dynamic team as a Property Administrator to provide support to their new business team.

Duties:
  • Providing full support to our clients Property New Business Team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Preparing correspondence using our clients case management system.
  • Communicating with clients both over the phone and in person.
  • Administering filing systems, including daily filing and managing client files.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new business introducers.
  • Guiding clients through the initial stages of their property transactions.
  • Handling mail and preparing dispatches.
  • Organising scanning and photocopying tasks.
  • Undertaking any other duties as required.

The Candidate:
  • Ideally have some administration experience within residential conveyancing, but not essential as long as administration experience is present.
  • Demonstrate initiative and be able to undertake searches, ID checks and other work on files without dictation.
  • Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
  • Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Be a team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.
  • Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable.
  • A desire to progress within the new business department.
