They are now seeking an experienced New Build Residential Conveyancer to join their well-established property team in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX Lawyer), or Licensed Conveyancer with specialist expertise in New Build plot purchases. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload while delivering outstanding client service.

The Role:

1. Handle a caseload of New Build residential conveyancing matters, ensuring timely and efficient transactions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and intermediaries.
3. Use a case management system effectively to process transactions.
4. Engage in marketing and business development initiatives to support team growth.
5. Work independently with minimal supervision, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.

About You:

1. Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX Lawyer), or Licensed Conveyancer with expertise in Residential Conveyancing.
2. Extensive experience in New Build plot purchases.
3. Strong client care and communication skills, with the ability to develop long-term relationships.
4. Proficient in working with case management systems and handling high-volume transactions.
5. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
6. A proactive team player who thrives in a friendly and supportive environment.
