The Roles

New Build Conveyancer (Fee Earner) – 2+ Years’ Experience

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

Managing new build transactions from start to finish

Handling site packs, drafting reports, and running cases independently

Ensuring smooth progress of transactions, from instruction to completion

Providing high-quality client service and maintaining strong relationships with developers, lenders, and clients

New Build Paralegal – 1+ Years’ Experience

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills within a specialist area of conveyancing. You will be:

Assisting the fee earner by checking site packs and reviewing mortgage offers

Handling search reports, enquiries, and related sales

Supporting the team in providing a seamless and efficient service

Developing your knowledge and progressing your career in new build property law

About You

To succeed in these roles, you should have:

New Build conveyancing experience (minimum 2 years for Fee Earner / 1 year for Paralegal)

A strong understanding of the unique requirements of New Build transactions

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files efficiently

A team-first approach, with a willingness to support colleagues

Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
