New Build Conveyancer

A prominent team in Manchester is seeking a New Build Conveyancer to join their dynamic Plot Sales team. This role offers an excellent chance to work with housebuilder clients, delivering efficient and high-quality services in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

As a New Build Conveyancer, you will manage the conveyancing process for plot sales from start to finish, including:

1. Preparing and issuing contract packs.
2. Responding to buyer enquiries promptly and accurately.
3. Collaborating directly with clients to meet or extend their timelines.
4. Producing client updates and managing completion statements.
5. Using a case management system to maintain and manage files efficiently.
6. Handling billing, post completion tasks, and requisitions.

The ideal candidate:

1. Experience in residential conveyancing; new build knowledge is advantageous.
2. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and case management systems.
5. Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work well within a team.
6. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
