New Build Conveyancer

A highly regarded Manchester based law firm are currently looking to recruit a New Build Conveyancer due to the exciting continued growth of the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in conveyancing and play a key role in processing high-volume plot sales. You will be responsible for managing the conveyancing process from reservation to post-completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality service throughout.

Experience working with residential conveyancing or working within a Plot Sales environment is desirable.

Location: Manchester (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £28,000 - £29,000

Duties include:

1. Responsible for a high volume of plot sales from reservation to post-completion.
2. Preparation of plot sales contract packs and negotiation.
3. Dealing with substantial enquiries.
4. Preparation of financial documentation and procedures.
5. Reporting to clients and attendance at regular client meetings.
