A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Fareham, with a particular focus on new build plot purchases.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, specialising in new build transactions. You will work closely with clients, developers, and intermediaries to ensure a smooth and efficient process from instruction through to completion. The role also offers the chance to be involved in business development and marketing initiatives, helping to grow the firm’s reputation in this area.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer with significant experience in residential conveyancing, particularly in handling new build properties. The ideal candidate will have strong client care skills, the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently using a case management system, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. You should be confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative and friendly team.
