As the market for top corporate deals returns with vigor, this is a significant opportunity to join an incredible corporate practice with clients across London, New York, Chicago, and globally. The role is semi-rare as it focuses on general corporate M&A. Candidates must have experience from Silver Circle firms or similar, as the practice is led by many top City lawyers and is known for its fresh ideas and new recruits, regardless of the current economic climate.
