What You'll Be Doing:
Join a supportive and experienced community team as a Band 6 Physiotherapist specialising in neuro rehab. In this role, you will:

1. Provide specialist assessment and rehabilitation to adults with neurological conditions in the community
2. Develop and deliver tailored treatment plans to improve function and quality of life
3. Work closely with Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and wider MDTs to coordinate holistic care
4. Maintain detailed and timely patient documentation
5. Participate in service development and team meetings

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A current and valid HCPC registration
2. Experience in neuro rehab or community physiotherapy
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
4. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
5. A passion for person-centred care
6. Car driver NOT essential for this role

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, but part-time applicants will also be considered. The service can offer 1 day of remote working per week. The contract is ongoing, with a potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
