Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for neurological care?

We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a market-leading, award-winning specialist care provider, to recruit for Occupational Therapists at their state-of-the-art sites in Milton Keynes and Peterborough.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking, supportive, multidisciplinary team. You will play a key role in supporting residents with complex neurological conditions, delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out comprehensive, evidence-based assessments.
  2. Design and implement personalised treatment plans that promote independence and holistic wellbeing.
  3. Work collaboratively with residents, families, and colleagues to identify meaningful goals.
  4. Participate in team discussions, contributing ideas and insights to continually enhance care delivery.
  5. Commit to ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking For:

  1. HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist (Band 5 or Band 6 level).
  2. Experience or strong interest in neurology/neuro-rehabilitation.
  3. Excellent communication and team-working skills.
  4. Passionate, compassionate, and reflective in your practice.
  5. Open to flexible working arrangements.
