Network Technicians - Water Industry

RPS are looking for Network Technicians to join our TMC team. The role is based in Kirkintilloch but will require travel across Scotland.

About the role:

1. You will work as part of a two-person team, with an experienced Senior Technician, performing conditioning of the trunk mains on behalf of our clients.
2. You will be operating from defined assets recording operations to report back to our client on water quality and pressure parameters.

Who we are looking for:

1. You must be confident and enjoy working outdoors, sometimes in remote environments in all weathers.
2. Health and safety culture – ability to risk assess, spot hazards and identify control measures to allow safe working.
3. Flexibility to work away from home when required.
4. You will be relied on to use your own initiative, be well organised and be able to balance delivering a range of tasks.
5. Deliver high quality outputs and accurate reporting to schedule.
6. Competent IT skills as all data capture and progress reporting is electronic.
7. Working to policies and procedures.
8. Must always communicate openly and honestly.
9. Team working but equally confident working alone.
10. A full UK driving license is required for this role.
11. Contribute to a well-rounded and highly skilled team to help meet KPIs and grow the business.
