Network Support Technician
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £24,040 - £25,002 per annum
Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM with a 30-minute lunch break)

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - travel between sites is required.

We are recruiting for a Network Support Technician to join a well-established IT team, supporting multiple sites. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, supporting both staff and users, and maintaining network infrastructure.

The Role:

1. Providing first-line IT support to staff and users.
2. Installing and maintaining computer hardware and software.
3. Managing IT-related requests and resolving technical issues.
4. Maintaining and developing the network infrastructure.
5. Supporting IT policies, safeguarding, data protection, and security protocols.
6. Assisting with the maintenance of online platforms such as Office 365.
7. Managing access control systems and supporting CCTV requests.
8. Configuring and maintaining IP phone systems.

About You:

1. At least one year of experience in an IT environment.
2. Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) in IT.
3. Good understanding of networking, hardware, and software.
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to support staff and users at all levels.
5. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - travel between sites is required.
