Location: We have two opportunities for Network Escapes Technicians to join the Customer Field Services department at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers. This role is a flexible hybrid working arrangement and will be based in Bradford, although there will be an expectation to visit sites in the Yorkshire region. A full valid driving licence (with no more than 6 points) is an essential requirement for this role.
Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

This is a key role in ensuring we achieve our aspirations and Performance Commitment targets to reduce internal and external sewer flooding. This role will help deliver our financial reward targets for the business through AMP8, as well as delivering improved service to customers.
Where you fit in:
The Network Escapes Technician will play a critical role in ensuring that the business delivers on its AMP 8 performance associated to Internal Sewer Flooding (ISF) and External Sewer Flooding (ESF). You will help ensure our regulatory Performance Commitments are achieved through validating and categorising sewer flooding incidents in line with regulatory requirements.

If successful for the role, you will be required to undergo pre-employment checks that will include a Basic Disclosure Check, carried out through a Third-Party Company, prior to commencing employment.
