As they continue to develop, we are looking for a driven and dynamic Network Engineer to join their team. This role is pivotal to their core business products and would involve a strong level of responsibility within the Network and Infrastructure team reporting to the Infrastructure Manager.

About the Role

As a Network and Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier network solutions and ensuring robust security for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll work on multi-site networks, handle incident response, and support critical projects such as network upgrades, cloud migrations, and compliance initiatives.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with advanced technologies, collaborate with a talented team, and directly impact client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network solutions across client environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Monitor and secure client networks using tools such as SIEMs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection platforms.
• Respond to and resolve network and security incidents promptly, adhering to SLAs.
• Document configurations, processes, and incident reports for effective knowledge sharing.

About You

The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, TCP/IP).
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security tools (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ConnectWise).
• Strong understanding of security principles, including incident response and vulnerability management.
