Location: Farnborough (Onsite)
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full Time (Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week)

Join our Security team and experience bringing intelligent technology and advanced threat expertise to organisations that form the UK's Critical National Infrastructure. This specialist team helps to simplify their day-to-day cyber security operations, enabling their own people to focus on their bigger strategic priorities.

What you’ll do

  1. Validation and Control of Scope: Formally agree on the scope of the project or work package and manage any variations in accordance with the Change Control process. Track and report against project budget.
  2. Planning and Control: Create project & resource plans gaining stakeholder buy-in. Drive delivery against the plan and take proactive actions to prevent any deviation.
  3. Risk and Issue Management: Establish & maintain the Risk and Issue register identifying new risks and response strategies. Implement mitigation where issues occur.
  4. Leadership, Communication & Stakeholder Management: Create and sustain collaborative working relationships across customer and internal teams.
  5. Governance & Methodology: Comply with VBSE Project Delivery Processes.

Who you are

  1. Provide leadership and direction for cross-functional teams.
  2. Communications are accurate, concise and tailored to their audience.
  3. Planning is done collaboratively with teams and projects are driven by the plan. Dependencies are closely managed, and plans are kept up to date and visible.
  4. Experience of working in a project environment.
  5. Knowledge of telecommunications industry and Vodafone products and service propositions is desirable.
