We're seeking a Finance Systems Support Specialist to join our Marketplace Infrastructure team, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Finance department's operations, being the bridge between finance and technology. You will work alongside our dedicated engineers who focus on Salesforce and NetSuite product delivery which is key to our finance department. You'll be essential in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly, particularly during critical month-end close periods.
Your role will be dynamic and impactful as you'll be the go-to person for NetSuite support, helping our finance team navigate the system efficiently. During month-end close, you'll be instrumental in ensuring accurate reconciliation of payouts and other financial activities. You'll work closely with the team to maintain and enhance our Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, ensuring both businesses and individuals receive their payouts accurately and on time.
Beyond the day-to-day operations you will:
You're someone who thrives in a finance-oriented environment and has hands-on experience with NetSuite. While formal education isn't a requirement, your background in finance or accounting helps you understand the intricacies of financial operations. You have a strong analytical mindset and excel at problem-solving, particularly when it comes to financial systems and processes. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you're comfortable working under pressure, especially during busy month-end close periods. You communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, making complex technical concepts accessible to various team members. Your understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes is solid, and you're familiar with the requirements of working in a listed company. If you have experience with Swedish financial regulations and practices, that's a plus, but not essential. Similarly, experience in the advertisement industry or product development is beneficial but not essential.

Most of our teams are hybrids with some members co-located in offices and some working remote. With a remote-first way of working, we want you to feel productive regardless of work location! For this role, you can be based in the UK or Sweden. We have offices in London and Stockholm but it is optional if you want to work remote or at the office.
