- Have hands-on expertise in .NET 5, 6, or 8 (with a focus on .NET 8 for new integrations) and solid experience with Azure & cloud-based services
- Possess strong communication skills and enjoy mentoring junior developers
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have previous startup or mentoring experience
- BONUS if you have experience with Microsoft Graph API, OpenAPI/Swagger, and modern frontend frameworks like React

- Participate in the entire application lifecycle with a focus on coding and debugging
- Write clean and functional code for web applications
- Troubleshoot issues while optimising existing applications
- Collaborate with frontend developers to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Gather technical requirements while managing legacy systems that are being upgraded
- Liaise with developers and system administrators to identify exciting new features
