We're looking for a confident, customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to be based at our London office and to carry out neighbourhood management of properties in the local region.
Assisting centrally based teams by completing customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments, and identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour.
You will be working collaboratively with other teams, external agencies, and residents to ensure that Clarion neighbourhoods are clean and safe. We aim to develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers, as well as work with local resident groups to develop community facilities, activities, and events.
We're looking for confident and resilient individuals with a positive mindset. With sound experience in housing management and customer service, you will enjoy working with people in the community. You should be able to develop effective working relationships across Clarion and with external agencies, and be confident working alone. Experience of working to plans and targets, along with the ability to exercise good judgment while being proactive and creative in finding solutions, is essential.
