Neighbourhood Response Officer - part time

Salary: £36,966 to £43,121 per annum (pro rata)

Location: London, Corsica Street

Hours: 18 hours per week

Job Overview

We're looking for a confident, customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to be based at our London office and to carry out neighbourhood management of properties in the local region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assisting centrally based teams by completing customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments.
2. Identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour.
3. Working collaboratively with other teams, external agencies, and residents to ensure that Clarion neighbourhoods are clean and safe.
4. Developing and delivering neighbourhood plans and local offers.
5. Working with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities, and events.

Qualifications and Skills

We're looking for confident and resilient individuals with a positive mindset. You should have:

1. Sound experience in housing management and customer service.
2. The ability to develop effective working relationships across Clarion and external agencies.
3. Experience working to plans and targets.
4. The ability to exercise good judgement while being proactive and creative in finding solutions.
