Neighbourhood Response Officer

• Salary: £36,966 - £43,121 per annum pro rata
• Location: Penge - Hawthorn Centre - covering Penge and Anerley
• Hours: 36 hours per week - flexible options considered
• Contract Type: 9 month Fixed Term Contract

We are on the lookout for a customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join us at our Penge office covering Penge and the Anerley areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Working collaboratively with residents and external agencies to ensure that our estates are kept clean and safe.
2. Identifying, planning, and delivering improvements in the community.
3. Supporting vulnerable customers and addressing anti-social behaviour to prevent it.

Closing Date: Friday 10th January 2025 at midnight.

Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. Candidates may be expected to work from the Croydon office once per month. This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
