We are now recruiting for an exciting opportunity as their Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. Offering a flexible working arrangement (1-2 days in office) and paying £35,951 - £39,531 + £1,300 car allowance & full benefits package.

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Neighbourhood Housing Officer to take ownership of a South West London patch, managing a portfolio of homes. You'll be the face of the neighbourhood, ensuring residents are supported, tenancies are sustained, and communities flourish.
In addition to our clients support and training, the successful candidate will have access to our full suite of benefits including 28 days holiday rising to 31 days with length of service, annual bonus subject to group performance, excellent Pension scheme, an employee assistance programme and non-contributory life assurance.
