IOCP is a nonprofit that provides services in food, case management, emergency financial assistance, employment services, and childcare resources to those residing in eight Western Hennepin County cities. We are looking for a Neighborhood Program Case Manager to play a key role in 2-3 housing communities providing individual services and community connection to residents.
The Neighborhood Program Case Manager conducts new client intakes, provides information and referrals, does 1:1 case management and creates meaningful community connections.
