Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce a fantastic opportunity!

Position: Neighbourhood Officer

Location: Manchester – Moss Side – hybrid role

Rate: Negotiable dependent on experience

Length: End Nov

Hours: 35 hours p/week (Mon-Fri)

The role will predominantly involve:

• Responsible for the complete housing and neighbourhood management of a patch of properties across Moss Side
• Working to KPIs
• Dealing with the allocations process of properties including selecting tenants
• Inspecting void properties to ensure all required repairs could be completed allowing the property to be re-let in a timely manner
• Carrying out viewings with residents and dealing with tenancy sign-ups
• Dealing with any instances relating to ASB
• Reporting repairs to the maintenance team for both properties and communal areas

To be considered for this role, you will need to have worked in a similar role previously, drive, have a DBS, and be available to start within 1-2 weeks. Experience working on QL Housing Management Software is essential for this role.
