Experience required...

Essential:

  • Experience within the UK Civil Engineering industry - typically 5 to 8 years
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a related subject
  • Possess a current and valid NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation.
  • Able to manage all aspects of the NEC4 contract, including risk management, change control, and dispute resolution
  • Have demonstrable experience in managing roads and bridges projects.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and reporting regularly to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges
  • A full UK driving licence
