Job description: NEC Contract Management Consultant

Location: London, Hybrid

Duration: 6 months

Day rate: (Apply online only) per day (outside IR35)

Our client, a specialist procurement consulting organisation, has identified a requirement for a Contract Management Consultant to help develop the core and compliant Capital Contract Management processes for a large government client.

Candidates should ideally be SC cleared or in a position to obtain security clearance (UK Passport holder, 5+ years UK residence).

Experience & Knowledge required

• Strong understanding & experience of public procurement regulations
• Knowledge of NEC Contracts (NEC3 and/or NEC4)
• Experience of large infrastructure programmes
• Experience of CEMAR (Contract Management solution) preferably as an Administrator on the client side
• Understanding of wider Contract Lifecycle Management processes and systems (OPEX and CAPEX)

Skills required:

• Able to map business processes using BPMN standards
• Can challenge existing processes and drive simplification
• Able to systemise and drive consistent use of systems in a large complex organisation
