National Training Manager

Up to £50k + bonus

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Training Manager to join a fantastic engineering business in the Hampshire area.

With no day ever being the same, the National Training Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Leading hands-on demonstrations & training sessions on customer sites
2. Working closely with the sales & engineering teams
3. Developing an academy of training specialists across the UK
4. Travelling to customer sites across the UK

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Experience as a Training Manager, Demonstration Manager or similar
2. Experience in road construction, repair & materials
3. Experience in working with people from on-site teams to senior management
4. Happy to travel extensively across the UK & Ireland
