A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Training Manager to join a fantastic engineering business in the Hampshire area.

With no day ever being the same, the National Training Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Leading hands-on demonstrations & training sessions on customer sites
• Working closely with the sales & engineering teams
• Developing an academy of training specialists across the UK
• Travelling to customer sites across the UK

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a Training Manager, Demonstration Manager or similar
• Experience in road construction, repair & materials
• Experience in working with people from on-site teams to senior management
• Happy to travel extensively across the UK & Ireland
