UKROEd Ltd is a private, not-for-profit company responsible for the delivery, management and administration of the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) on behalf of the Police service. It is the operating company of the Road Safety Trust and is committed to the education and training of drivers who commit low level traffic offences.

The National Training Delivery Manager will manage the delivery of all staff and stakeholder training interventions delivered by UKROEd. Primarily through the delivery and management of the Academy provision but also more broadly to support the need for professional development and distributed training needs of all UKROEd stakeholders.
The UKROEd Academy was established in 2019 with the aim of providing support through continuous professional development opportunities for UKROEd Stakeholders and the NDORS delivery community. Most learners are Trainers who deliver NDORS courses to Clients but we regularly welcome other UKROEd stakeholders. The Academy currently delivers several different courses including but not limited to Equality Diversity and Inclusion (Accredited), Modern Slavery, Deaf Awareness, Supporting ESOL clients, Internal Monitoring (Accredited), Level 4 in Understanding the IQA of Assessment Processes and Behaviour Change Interventions (Accredited).
This role will also support the NDORS course development and rollouts through provision of distributed training on new course material. Specifically, the training of instructors who subsequently provide distributed training across all NDORS course providers.
