Remuneration: £70,000 Neg. + Bonus

The role of the National Sales Manager Windows & Doors will involve:
- Field sales management role, promoting a wide portfolio of uPVC, aluminium, timber and alu-clad windows and doors direct to trade customers.
- Responsible for three Area Sales Managers and a Customer Services Manager.
- Inheriting a team achieving circa £22m per annum.
- Tasked with growing sales to £24m in your first year.
- Covering a national remit, overnight stays will be a necessary part of this role.
- Typically two/three days on the road with sales team, rest of time either working from home or our clients' Midlands based premises.
- Responsible for coaching, mentoring and supporting the field sales team (managing their diaries etc.).
- Joint visits with customers.
- Bringing on larger customers yourself through your own network of contacts within window and door retail installers (with their own showrooms), as well as some commercial installers and trade counter/merchants.
The ideal applicant will be a National Sales Manager Windows & Doors with:
- Must have field sales management experience from the windows and doors industry.
- Open to regional sales management experience looking for next step into national role.
- Ideally able to bring some leads/network of contacts within window and door retail installers (with their own showrooms), as well as some commercial installers and trade counter/merchants.
- A proven track record in managing, mentoring and coaching a field sales team.
- B2B fenestration sector experience.
- Hardworking, trustworthy and reliable.
