What's involved?

1. Attend Monthly Sales Meetings
2. Develop and maximise current client database
3. Bring in new business to the company
4. Develop and present sales strategies to advance the company in the market industry that would increase revenue
5. Plan and hit the given sales target
6. Responsible for weekly reports/forecasts
7. Develop an efficient rapport with clients and staff
8. Keep up to date with existing trends that align with the culture of the company
9. Keep up to date with competitors' strengths and weaknesses
10. Conduct market research to view trends in the company's products and services
11. Participate in meetings to stay updated with leads and special accounts
12. Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients
13. CRM Management and ensuring the team are delivering best practice through CRM
14. Attend client visits nationally
