You will be responsible for:

1. Maintaining and improving sales within the current customer base while targeting new accounts.
2. Expanding into Garden Centres and independent retailers.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
4. Representing the business at trade shows and industry events.
5. Travel across the UK and Ireland, with some international travel as needed.

What you'll need:

1. Proven sales experience in the horticulture industry.
2. Essential understanding of the Garden Centre market.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated, ambitious, and determined.
5. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
6. Flexibility to travel and stay away from home when necessary.
7. Ability to achieve results both individually and as part of a team.
