What's Involved?

• Attend Monthly Sales Meetings
• Develop and maximise current client database
• Bring in new business to the company
• Develop and present sales strategies to advance the company in the market industry and increase revenue
• Plan and hit the given sales targets
• Responsible for weekly reports/forecasts
• Develop an efficient rapport with clients and staff
• Keep up to date with existing trends that align with the culture of the company
• Monitor competitor's strengths and weaknesses
• Conduct market research to view trends in the company's products and services
• Participate in meetings to stay updated with leads and special accounts
• Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients
• Manage CRM and ensure the team delivers best practices through CRM
• Attend client visits nationally
