National Field Manager - Nestlé Convenience

Are you a strategic thinker who excels at optimising operational efficiency?

Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 + 20% bonus + Company Car and Fuel Card

Working: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

Location: Field based - With expectation to be in Nestle York and Powerforce HQ depending on need/demand

We're looking for an inspirational National Field Manager who leads with empathy, energy, and courage. If you're excited by the challenge of empowering teams, enhancing performance, and transforming convenience retail operations across the nation, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be leading and inspiring a team of Regional Managers across the convenience sector, driving operational excellence, enhancing performance, and delivering impactful growth. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for developing high-performing teams that thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strategize and Deliver - Develop and implement impactful strategies that drive operational success, improve store performance, and enhance customer experience
  • Empower and Support - Guide and support your team with compassion and authenticity, fostering an environment where everyone thrives
  • Innovate and Adapt - Bring courageous leadership to overcome challenges, embracing change with positivity and creativity to stay ahead in the fast-paced convenience industry
