This is a Full Time, Permanent post.
The location of this role is National where we offer hybrid working, you will be based in one of our following offices and from home - Newcastle, York, Manchester, Birmingham, Swindon, Bristol, Portsmouth (Fort Cumberland) and Cambridge. We will consider remote working.

What you will be doing
The Central Listing and Architectural Research Team is responsible for making recommendations to Government on statutory heritage protection.
You will provide specialist designation advice to the National Listings Manager, and lead on the delivery of National project and designation services to corporate, group and departmental priorities. You will form part of a small team in the Central Listing and Architectural Research team, providing National advice. You will work closely with the National Listing Adviser (Marine) to ensure smooth and efficient management of casework and projects, and if necessary provide support to regional listing teams.
You will manage fixed term project staff and Placements and act as a mentor, assisting the National Listings Manager with developing training as required.
