National Contracts Manager

National Contracts Manager | Leicester | 40 hours per week | £40,000-£45,000 per annum to be negotiated

Our client, a leading provider of construction, mechanical and electrical, and shopfitting solutions, is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you will oversee a range of projects, including construction and shop fitting interior works. You will manage multiple contracts and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee multiple contracts and projects.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
5. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
2. Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
