We are looking to recruit a National Business Development Manager for our UK Care & Hospital team. Working with the Hospitals, Trusts and Care Home Facilities, you will be tasked with building our presence within these markets. The role is remote based with a national territory; occasional office presence will be required at our head office in Poole, Dorset.
Utilising a consultative sales approach, you will identify new business opportunities, work with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, and match them to our product portfolio. There will also be a responsibility to build contact networks across the entire decision-making tree within the larger trusts and groups.
You will be expected to be dedicated to target achievement and consistently demonstrate a self-disciplined approach to your activity and customer interaction. Above all, you will be a hunter and closer.
Able to adapt your approach as necessary, you will be able to demonstrate the benefits of the ‘Solutions’ offered by DDC Dolphin.
The successful candidate will ideally have skills, experience and qualifications in the following areas:
