National Account Manager (On Trade)

Remote - Can be based anywhere in the UK!

Up to £50,000 base salary + car allowance + bonus

The Advocate Group are exclusively partnering with a brand that's shaking up the cocktail scene! An up-and-coming company offering cocktail bases and fruit purées is making it easier than ever to craft delicious drinks. With high-quality ingredients and bold flavors, these products are quickly becoming the go-to choice for bartenders and mixologists alike.

Role Overview:
The role focuses on gaining new Regional and National business by targeting MRGs and National Accounts, while managing and developing existing customer relationships to drive growth through new listings!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Target and engage with multiple key accounts to build strong relationships and drive business growth across various segments.
  2. Influence and collaborate with key bartenders to promote product knowledge, enhance brand presence, and increase product adoption.
  3. Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for further business development and expansion within current partnerships.
  4. Drive new business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within both existing and untapped markets.
  5. Work closely with various RTM wholesaler representatives to ensure effective routes to market, drive product listings, and establish strong partnerships with key venues for better portfolio visibility.
  6. Maintain and update a comprehensive prospect and account database, ensuring all potential and existing opportunities are tracked and managed effectively.

About You:
  1. Eager to learn and develop professionally.
  2. Proven experience within the drinks industry.
  3. Strong network of contacts with key groups and wholesalers.
  4. Expertise in building and maintaining relationships.
  5. Proficient in leveraging social media for business growth.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  7. Strong administrative and organisational capabilities.
