Join Myton Food Group

We’re on the hunt for a National Account Manager - Bacon, Sausage & Cooked Meats. You’ll be at the heart of our partnership with Morrisons, in a pivotal category, delivering the 3-year sales plan.

You will be responsible for leveraging capabilities across Myton Food Group’s Meat Manufacturing sites. This is a dynamic, high-profile role that blends commercial leadership, customer partnership, and innovation delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to embed first class processes, drive volume and grow profits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the 1–3 year commercial strategy
  • Drive incremental sales growth and EBITDA uplift through NPD, category management, and strategic partnerships
  • Build strong, senior-level relationships with Morrisons’ Buying, Technical, and NPD teams
  • Take full accountability for commercial performance – revenue, margin mix, and profitability
  • Provide robust forecasting, pricing, and commercial insight to internal stakeholders
  • Champion operationally-aligned product development (NPD/EPD) across all sites
  • Lead and develop the account team to become a trusted advisor to the customer

What We’re Looking For:

Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven success in a commercial role within sausage, bacon and/or cooked meats category for a multiple retailer
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end meat supply chains, category trends, and NPD processes
  • Demonstrated success in delivering profitable growth in a large food manufacturing business
  • Strong background in financial and commercial analysis, P&L ownership, and strategic planning
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
