About You

By joining our Talent Community, you will be the first to hear about upcoming sales opportunities as soon as they are advertised and gain insights into what a career with Danone could look like. These roles cover various customers and channels be it; e-Commerce Pharmacy, Impulse, Coffee, Discounters and Grocery.

As a National Account Manager (NAM) you have the unique opportunity to help our consumers continue to make healthier choices! You’ll develop and nurture key contacts across the customer base to drive category as well as engaging internal cross-functional teams to help deliver the channel strategy.

Main job accountabilities, activities and projects

  • Delivery of profitable growth for both Danone and customer through yearly Joint Business Plans
  • Ensuring flawless execution of plans and agreed activations throughout the year and operate with a mindset of sourcing insights from the retailer, store/online visits and data sources to identify and land growth opportunities
  • Managing the promotional and pricing plans
  • Support the building and execution of our omni-channel-specific plans
  • Identifying new business opportunities in line with channel strategy
  • Delivery of internal and external P&L targets
  • Working closely with supply chain and Finance team to foresee any challenges and ensure clear consistent communication and ensure accurate forecasting
