National Account Coordinator - German Speaking

Moose Toys is seeking a German Speaking National Account Coordinator to join our team in Cornwall.

The Role

Workdays: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 +Hybrid +Flexi

Working with your nominated accounts you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the administration processes that support our UK sales operations. Working closely with Moose customers, retailers and Account Managers you will be building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Experience & Qualifications

• German and English language skills are essential
• Other European languages desirable
• Previous experience in a sales or sales coordination role is essential
• Extremely IT literate (Email and Excel essential)
• Relevant tertiary qualification, such as Level 3 in customer service, is desirable but not essential.

· Willingness to resolve anomalies through investigation, methodical problem and solution solving.

· Be organised and flexible with the ability to approach different types of tasks.

· Be able to work on own initiative and accept accountability.

· Have an appetite for excellence and consistent goal achievement.

· Establishes strong, positive relationships with customers and employees.

· Communicates with clarity, expressing information and key points clearly.

· Stimulated by working in a fast-paced office environment and delivering to deadlines.

· Outstanding attention to detail and accurate reporting.
