Nanny/PA - Chelsea - ASAP

This busy family is looking for a nanny/PA to join their team and look after their two children ages 18 months and 3 years old.

Overview

The family has another nanny who works on a 7 days on/off rotation. When she is on duty, you will be solely focused on PA duties. The week she is off duty, your focus will be on nannying.

When you're on the nanny shift, you'll work 8am-7pm, Monday-Friday. When on the PA shift, you'll work 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

The family very much values staff who demonstrate loyalty, along with having a strong work ethic and high standards. The right candidate will be extremely organised.

Duties included but not limited to:

PA

• Home admin: sorting through emails, ordering, selling, returning parcels, keeping on top of car maintenance, organising window cleaners, dry cleaning, gardener, etc.
• Home storage: optimising storage by clearing and organising in an efficient way.
• Supporting the opposite nanny with organising and ordering items for the kids and home.
• Organising and booking kids' activities and classes.
• Supporting the principal with a new business setup.

Nanny

• Maintaining the children's routines.
• Planning activities.
• Nursery runs.
• Nursery duties.

Key criteria

• Driving essential.
• Previous Nanny/PA experience.
