Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Music to join a reputable secondary school in Bourne. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students and contribute to a vibrant music department.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging Music lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
2. Develop and implement a creative curriculum that fosters students' musical abilities and appreciation.
3. Organize and lead extracurricular musical activities, such as choirs, bands, or school productions.
4. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to promote a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
2. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Music.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
5. Commitment to continuous professional development.
