Job Title: Secondary Teacher - Music and Drama Studies
Location: Saltash, Cornwall
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Music and Drama to secondary school students.
2. Develop and implement a curriculum that inspires creativity and a love for the arts.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
4. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development.
5. Uphold high standards of teaching and classroom management.
6. Participate in school events, performances, and extracurricular activities related to the arts.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in music, Drama, Education, or a related field.
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
3. Proven experience teaching Music and Drama at the secondary level.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A passion for the arts and a commitment to student success.
6. The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
