Rate: £25- £30ph
Contract Duration: This is a 3 month contract with view to extension.
We are seeking a multitrade plumber to carry out building repairs, maintenance, and renewals. Responsibilities include:
- Performing emergency and routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily.
- Carrying out single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other premises.
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with best trade practice and current standards and regulations.
- Delivering works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Completing works 'Right First Time.'
