Job description

The Role.

We have a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded and reputable global company as a Multiskilled Engineer within their Felixstowe site. You will predominantly be carrying out preventative maintenance and reactive engineering work as part of a skilled and experienced engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance of plant equipment
• Propose system upgrades or improvements
• Ensure the most effective use of resources
• Monitor stock and order spares from stores
• Be an active part of the engineering team as a whole

What We're Looking For:

Ideally, you will come from a Food and Drink Manufacturing background; however, this is not essential if you have a strong mechanical engineering background within a factory/warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and willing to go the extra step. It's important to have good communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills to ensure your work is thorough and to the extremely high standard they are renowned for.
