An established industry player is seeking a Multiskilled Engineer with an Electrical background to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will engage in both reactive and planned maintenance across various campus locations, ensuring the estate remains operational and meets high service standards. Your responsibilities will include performing repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and participating in an emergency call-out rota. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and your contributions will significantly impact the student and staff experience.

Hours of work are usually Monday - Thursday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm, Friday 8.30 am - 4 pm, with Out Of Hours support on a rota basis of 1 in 5 weeks.

We are seeking an organised and flexible Multiskilled Engineer with an Electrical trade specific background to complete reactive and planned tasks within the building services team, to support with the delivery of the University's Estates Strategy and departmental objectives.
No two days are the same as you work across our campus and sites, predominantly within the reactive maintenance team. You will be delivering a wide range of repairs and services to ensure the estate remains operational at all times.

We are looking for a Multiskilled Engineer Electrical bias to join our current team. You will work in a fast-paced environment with work in our student halls of residence and academic spaces.
Having a full & current UK driving licence is essential for this post as some travel is required between our campus locations (all local to Northampton) and to enable you to support our Out Of Hours repairs service on a rota with our other engineers.
