Multiskilled Engineer

The Multiskilled Engineer will play a key role in the Engineering & Manufacturing department at an FMCG company, utilising their skills to ensure smooth operations and meet targets. This position is based in Manchester and is a permanent role.

Description

1. Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all engineering procedures.
2. Work closely with the manufacturing team to meet production targets.
3. Implement preventive maintenance programs and activities.
4. Support the continuous improvement of production processes.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
6. Participate in cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
7. Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
8. Contribute to the development and training of the engineering team.

Profile
A successful Multiskilled Engineer should have:

1. A degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience in FMCG industry.
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
4. Ability to solve complex technical issues.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Good project management skills.
